Why: Over the last few years our ‘normal’ in America has been destabilized by the covid-19 pandemic, race issues, tumultuous political discourse, and rampant abuse being uncovered throughout our institutions, including churches. Amidst this upheaval, we have seen a growing number of people who believe God is doing a new thing in the North American Church and want to practice the way of Jesus in simple and decentralized ways, but unsure how that works.
A few of these people are brave enough to risk trying something - this cohort is designed to help those who are asking “where do we begin?” or “could we really do this?” to explore, with the help of others, what it could look like to be a missional community in Lincoln, NE.
